It was about 18 years ago that I had a burning desire and strong vision to open a wellness center in the mid-Hudson Valley, but it was not until 2017 that the vision became a reality.
Vision is powerful and so is timing. Sometimes we can see something so clearly, but we have to find our way.
As a long time practitioner of yoga and self-study, I am deeply and passionately committed to being available to help others find their inner peace, calming breath and ability to self heal.
My philosophy is simple. I believe we that we should embrace our lives fully. I believe we need safe spaces where are all welcome. Where we can be authentic and free.
I desire to offer ways to help others explore ways in which they can integrate their own spiritual journey with the healing and sustaining qualities through the ancient yogic philosophies.
As a dedicated Christ follower and seeker of Christ-consciousness, I have found that my prayer and praise is supported and expanded by my practice; as I fully embody mind, body and spirit. My Yoga and Faith are a beautiful pairing.
Ayurveda and Yoga are tremendously effective ancient teachings to help us embody a whole life. I enjoy studying and passing on these wise teachings.
I am forever a student of the divine. When I teach, I learn.
Join me at an upcoming workshop or training and let’s explore together this amazing (and sometimes complicated) life journey.
