Self-Care: Exploring the 5 Layers

Our BLISS Body - Part Five

Shakespeare . .
But to be frank, and give it thee again.
And yet I wish but for the thing I have.
My bounty is as boundless as the sea,
My love as deep. The more I give to thee,
The more I have, for both are infinite.

Do you want a RADIANT life?

Do you want to feel DIVINE connection?

Do you want INFINITE love?

Most people are hardly even aware that this level of consciousness exists within themselves. . . but it does.
It exists in all of us.

Are you ready to do the HEART work? When you say that out loud, does it seem like you are saying HARD work? It is work, and it is rewarding. May you take your daily journey with love and self care. With preservation and patience. With openness and non-attachment. With connection to divine strength.

This week, we complete the journey of the Pancha Koshas (five sheaths). As we worked through the previous layers; manomaya (mind), pranāmaya (energy), annamaya (physical), and vijnanamaya (wisdom), we may recognize that we have to do daily heart (and soul) work.

As we journey, it is revealed that the path to spiritual bliss require a daily commitment; taking better care of our heart, mind and souls. There is no quick fix.

This week we conclude with
Anandamaya Kosha - the fifth and final layer that is often said only saints, sages and genuine mystics can achieve.

But we all can achieve this. We start by showing up DAILY with self love and patience. We connect to the divine, enlarge our hearts and grow in compassion to all.

THE PATH TO BLISS

THE FIFTH (and final) of the five sheaths (wisdom) is Anandamaya Kosha.

It is here where the veil is finest between our individual self and the central part of us that is one with all

While we may only glimpse it in fleeting moments, it never goes anywhere and we never walk without it. Awareness. Striving to remember that it’s there. That oneness with divine and all is there.

Usually, this layer is experienced most clearly during or after deep meditations, in fleeting moments of divine realization.

When we are in this layer, we are filled with wisdom, deep happiness and love for all beings.

Today, stay aware.

Slow down your breathe.

Slow down your pace.

Listen more.

Speak less.

Practice self care.
